quick update

stuffed my face with this gorgeous pork chop rice heap when i took a trip out to Cabramatta, where Al's family lives. I reckon its the 1st real australian home ive visited. abit of a culture shock, i was being touristy and snapping shots of this diversed mix of people/culture.

the suburb consisted mostly of 1st generation migrants from asia, and alongside their cultures, was this kickass standard of asian food. It was uncommon to be speaking in English. I went to Al's place for steamboat in the evening, no pictures cos i was a real sore thumb. His sis owns a pastry/cake shop, dinner was complete with dessert, and take away flan. which ive gobbled up with denise on our night in over happy together and some ice wine.
---

i was so love sick i attempted to make some harry's potato salad. the eggs that ting gave me, they all had 2 yolks in 'em. its freaky :|
---

ting cooked a heart warming feast to soothe my tired lil soul.
her softshell crab is kickass! stays crispy even when cooled!
---

been tied up with an installation of late.
i love designers that work like artists, and vice versa.
---

more lurking around Ariel's collection of children books and hogging of their amazingly comfy lil chairs.
